Tod Gold has practiced environmental law since 1984. Prior to entering private practice in 2000, Tod gained years of invaluable experience working for the United States Environmental Protection Agency in Washington, D.C. and Seattle. Tod’s practice emphasizes assisting individuals, companies, and municipalities with issues relating to contaminated properties, including acquisition; cleanup of soil, groundwater, or sediments; redevelopment; and sale of those properties. He regularly works with technical consultants to perform environmental due diligence on behalf of buyers of commercial properties and to negotiate regulatory closure, administrative orders, and consent decrees with state and federal agencies.
